Greg Hauer is a licensed real estate agent in Nebraska and Florida, an estate planning attorney, and the founder of Kairos Law Group and Kairos Wealth Group. He brings a strategic, long-term perspective to every real estate transaction.
Real estate decisions often impact more than just where you live — they affect taxes, ownership structure, asset protection, and long-term legacy planning. Greg helps clients think beyond the closing table and evaluate how a purchase or sale fits into their broader financial and family goals.
As a real estate investor himself, Greg owns and manages a portfolio of single-family homes in Nebraska. His firsthand experience provides practical insight into property analysis, investment considerations, and the realities of ownership.
Through his legal and advisory work, Greg has guided individuals and families in estate planning, business structuring, and long-term wealth planning. This multidisciplinary background allows him to identify planning considerations that may otherwise be overlooked and to coordinate, when appropriate, with clients’ other professional advisors.
Greg earned his BSBA, JD, and Master’s in Investment Management and Financial Analysis from Creighton University and is licensed to practice law in Nebraska, Iowa, and Florida.
For Greg, real estate is not just a transaction — it is often a pivotal step in building, protecting, and transitioning wealth across generations.
